All prices displayed on the Water Wally Online Store are in AUD currency and are GST inclusive. All payments made on our Store are processed in AUD and can be made through our secure online checkout. The payment options available on the Water Wally website are Visa, MasterCard credit cards, Paypal or Afterpay, no fees and charges.

Delivery

We use a combination of courier companies based on your location to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

 

Processing Time

Water Wally’s products are kept in a number of warehouses in various locations around Australia. Each of these warehouses operate during business hours Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be ready for dispatch. For small items (consumables, fans etc), we aim to dispatch your order by the next business day.

Orders placed during Sale or Promotional times may take longer to process. Please allow an additional 24 hours for dispatch. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

 

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We offer PO Boxes as a delivery option for small items.

If your cart contains items that are too large for a PO Box delivery, we will require a street address (residential or business) when placing your order.
