When it comes to wastewater management, there is no “one size fits all” – and it pays to know your options. Managing waste and wastewater is a critical component of any off-grid/unsewered project. How do the consultations work?
Generally, we do things via a Google Meet (video call). In this video call you can explain your situation, share photos and/or site plans etc., and we can discuss ideas and potential solutions. Anthony also often uses a digital whiteboard to visually explain ideas and/or more detailed design components of a particular situation/solution.
Essentially, you let us know what you need, and we’ll provide the advice and/or service to get you there!

Most of our customers fit into one of the two situations below.
Option 1 – Onsite wastewater 101
If you’ve got a property or project in mind and are wondering about your options, we can point you in the right direction. We would typically start by discussing your project and what you’re trying to achieve. From here, we can start looking into what factors need to be considered, including site and soil conditions, local government regulations, budget and the pros and cons of potential options. Ultimately, it’s a balancing act between your wants and needs as the homeowner (or business operator), the site and soil conditions and the boxes that might need to be ticked for approvals.

Consultations with Anthony are $250 including GST. Your consultation booking includes:
- A pre-consultation questionnaire – which Anthony will review prior to speaking with you. This quick questionnaire will ensure you get the most out of the 60-minute consultation.
- A 60-minute telephone or online consultation with our wastewater expert and Environmental Engineer, Anthony Smith, who will provide you with impartial and tailored advice on your needs and setup.
- A follow-up email including any links or resources discussed in the consultation.
